These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.nourren.com and all related content, products, features, and services offered by Bezen Labs LLC, doing business as Nourren (“Nourren,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, placing an order, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order or start a subscription.

Our products may be intended for use by children as directed on the label, but purchases must be made by an adult.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account, billing, and delivery information.
• Keeping account credentials secure.
• All activity performed through your account.

2. DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AND HEALTH INFORMATION

Nourren products are dietary supplements, not medications.

Content on the Nourren website is provided for general educational and commercial purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Always read and follow the current product label.

Consult a pediatrician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before giving a supplement to a child, particularly if the child:

• Takes prescription or nonprescription medication.
• Has a medical condition.
• Has known allergies.
• Is under ongoing professional care.
• Is pregnant or nursing.

Do not stop, start, or alter prescribed treatment without consulting the prescribing healthcare professional.

3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An automated order confirmation means we received your order. It does not constitute final acceptance.

We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability.
• Genuine pricing or description errors.
• Payment failure.
• Suspected fraud.
• Suspected unauthorized resale.
• Legal or regulatory restrictions.
• Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be displayed at checkout.

By submitting an order, you authorize Nourren and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

Promotions may be subject to separate conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, images, and colors.

Packaging and minor visual details may change without changing the product’s identity.

The current physical product label controls regarding ingredients, directions, warnings, serving size, age guidance, lot information, expiration date, and storage instructions.

If general website content differs from the current product label, follow the product label and contact support with questions.

6. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Email support@nourren.com as soon as possible to request an order cancellation or address change.

An order may be changed or canceled only before it ships from our warehouse.

Orders normally ship within approximately three business days, but fulfillment may happen sooner. Therefore, a three-day cancellation period is not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under the Refund Policy.

7. SHIPPING

Nourren currently ships within the United States.

Standard tracked shipping is free.

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from order confirmation, including normal processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The complete Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases made directly from www.nourren.com are covered by Nourren’s 45-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee begins on the carrier-recorded delivery date.

Opened bottles are eligible, but the unused portion and packaging for each unit being refunded must be returned.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was incorrect, damaged, or defective when received.

The complete Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription purchases automatically renew and charge the payment method on file at the price and frequency disclosed when the customer enrolls.

Subscriptions continue until canceled.

You may cancel future renewals without a cancellation fee before the next renewal is processed.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already processed or shipped.

The Subscription and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

10. SAFE AND APPROPRIATE USE

Products must be used only as directed on the label and administered to children under adult supervision.

Keep dietary supplements out of reach of children except when administered by a responsible adult.

Do not use a product if:

• The safety seal is missing or broken.
• The product is visibly damaged.
• The product has passed its expiration date.
• The recipient has a known allergy to an ingredient.

If an adverse reaction is suspected, stop use and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

For an emergency, contact emergency services or Poison Control.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Nourren website and its text, design, logos, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Bezen Labs LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant customers a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the website for lawful personal shopping.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce website content.
• Scrape or harvest website data.
• Modify or distribute our content.
• Sell or commercially exploit our content.
• Use Nourren trademarks or branding in a misleading manner.

12. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit it.
• It is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
• It is lawful.
• It does not infringe another person’s rights.
• It does not contain malware, threats, or deceptive material.

You grant Nourren a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use the submission for operating and promoting Nourren, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or unrelated.

We do not require positive reviews and do not guarantee that every submission will be published.

13. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law.
• Violate another person’s rights.
• Submit false or fraudulent information.
• Make unauthorized purchases.
• Impersonate another person.
• Distribute malware.
• Interfere with website security or operation.
• Scrape or collect data without permission.
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
• Resell products in violation of an applicable written restriction.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Shopify and other third parties provide parts of the Services.

Third-party websites, applications, payment methods, and services are governed by their own policies and terms.

Nourren is not responsible for third-party content or services except where required by law.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

This section does not limit:

• Nourren’s express 45-day money-back guarantee.
• Any express written product promise.
• Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bezen Labs LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost profits or data arising from the Services.

Our aggregate liability arising from a claim will not exceed the amount paid to Nourren for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.

These limitations do not apply to:

• Fraud.
• Willful misconduct.
• Gross negligence.
• Personal injury caused by a defective product where liability cannot be limited.
• Any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Bezen Labs LLC against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful misuse of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of another person’s rights.

This does not require a consumer to indemnify Nourren for Nourren’s own wrongful conduct.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in another state apply.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming. Each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new revision date.

Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the entire agreement concerning the Services and replace prior agreements concerning the same subject.
