TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Nourren, operated by Bezen Labs LLC.
They supplement the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict regarding a purchase, these Terms of Sale control.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Products intended for children must be purchased and administered by an adult in accordance with the product label and advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately present product descriptions, ingredient information, images, packaging, and colors.
Packaging and minor visual details may change without altering the identity of the product.
The current product label controls regarding ingredients, directions, serving size, warnings, age guidance, lot information, expiration date, and storage instructions.

PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout.
By submitting an order, you authorize Nourren and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method.
We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
If we cannot honor an order under the displayed terms, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel or receive a refund.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Products are subject to availability.
An automated confirmation means we received the order. Final acceptance occurs when fulfillment begins.
We may limit quantities or refuse orders reasonably suspected of:

Fraud.

Unauthorized resale.

Payment abuse.

Violation of our policies.

Violation of applicable law.
If we cancel a paid order, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES
A one-time purchase is charged once at the price displayed at checkout and does not automatically renew.

SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES
A subscription automatically renews at the price and delivery frequency displayed when the customer enrolls.
Subscriptions continue until canceled.
Checkout will identify whether an order is a one-time purchase or recurring subscription before payment is submitted.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
Email support@nourren.com immediately to request a cancellation or address change.
Requests may be honored only before warehouse dispatch.
Dispatch normally occurs within approximately three business days and may occur sooner. Therefore, a three-day cancellation window is not guaranteed.
After dispatch, the order must be handled under the Refund Policy.

DELIVERY
Nourren currently ships within the United States.
Standard tracked shipping is free.
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from order confirmation, including normal processing time.
Tracking becomes available after dispatch and updates as the carrier scans the parcel.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

THE 45-DAY GUARANTEE
The 45-day guarantee begins on the date carrier tracking records the order as delivered.
Opened bottles are eligible.
The unused portion and packaging for every unit included in the refund request must be returned.
Customers must contact support within 45 calendar days of delivery before mailing a return.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was incorrect, damaged, or defective when received.

PRODUCT SAFETY
Use products only as directed on the label.
Keep dietary supplements out of reach of children except when administered by an adult.
Do not use a product if its safety seal is missing or broken, if it is visibly damaged, or if it has expired.
Consult a pediatrician or pharmacist before use if a child:

Has a medical condition.

Has known allergies.

Is under professional care.
Stop use and seek professional advice if an adverse reaction is suspected.
In an emergency, contact emergency services or Poison Control.

Nourren products are dietary supplements and not medications.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

GOVERNING LAW
Wyoming law applies as provided in Nourren’s Terms of Service, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s state.
